Kosher certification is mandatory for food products exported to USA, Israel, EUROPE and other major markets where jewish personnel work. There are three different levels of kosher certification, with the top level being Kosher Certificate. EZ kosher certification is the highest level of kosher certification, and is the only kosher certification that is recognized by the United States government. In order to obtain EZ kosher certification, a business must meet the requirements for the International Standard for Kosher supervision, which includes a pre-meeting with a rabbi and a post-meeting with a rabbi.
