1. Custom colors available?
Custom color is welcomed, customized color it is based on your Pantone color code. Or you could send us a color sample.
2. What kind of products do you produce?
Stainless steel tumbler, vacuum flasks, can coolers, sport water bottles, mugs and glass, silicon bottles.
3. What's the MOQ for opening a brand new bottle?
Normally, MOQ is 5000pcs for stainless steel water bottle. 1000pcs for glass water bottle.
4. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 5-10 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 7-15 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
5. What is the cost of develop a new model?
Sure cost would vary greatly based on designs. Just for reference. For vacuum flask, it is about $2000. For glass water bottle, about $100-$200 and there could be no additional charge when QTY reach 5000pcs. (not including lids)
6. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
7. Which kinds of certificates would you have?
LFGB, FDA for product and BSCI.
8. May I have custom packaging?
